It's reasonably clean, excellent location and staff. They provide many type of service - cozy bar, free wi-fi, shuttle to the old town.

The hotel was clean, location and rooms were ideal. Easy checkin was the best. Moreover, we parked our car on-site.

Contemporary hotel with savoury breakfasts and genuinely helpful personnel. Fairly good room, comfortable bed and huge bathroom.

Our room was fashionable and relaxing with modern decor and the buffet breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The location was fab, for example, Market was relatively near the hotel. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with local dishes. The downstairs bar was modern.

It's pretty standard place to stay 1 mile away from Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao. Thanks very much for a very very good stay, would recommend it.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it. Visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel was easy. Again, the venue offered 10-minutes direct walk to a modern art museum.

Immaculately clean and convenient hotel, attentive staff and brand-new rooms.

Overall I think it was a secured hotel, good value. I had the double room which was functional and normal double. The service offered here was high quality. 15 minutes walk from central Bilbao👌

I would say it's ideal place for staying and exploring Bilbao.

We loved location and staff, they were BEAUTIFUL. Large bedroom and luxurious bathroom. Corporate hotel set in the fascinating area. Ate at Atea Restaurante, it's within walking distance of the venue.

I loved it. Good value, the restaurant was superb, the hotel was neat. The full English breakfast had lots of delicacies and was warm! The atmosphere created here was family. The service was thoughtful too.

Good food, GENERALLY NICE staff, really big beds. The tapas restaurant was brilliant, good service. It was set in an incredible area. Plus I reached a modern art museum in 20 minutes by foot.

Fairly friendly staff, exceptional service, absolutely gorgeous views. I really enjoyed the international cuisine served here. Room was common and well-kept, good value. Perfectly comfortable location, Bilbao airport was 0.5 miles away. The pool was amazing, good after a tiring day.

Soundproof, elegant room, immensely pleasant staff, outstanding restaurant. Climate control, terrace and coffee facilities in the room and the perfect bed. Breakfast was superb, the best I had in Bilbao. Daily service was impeccable too. Picturesque location with lovely gardens.

Overall an awesome stay - good value, considering prices in other hotels. Great decor, the staff was willing to help. Excellent view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. I was pleased with nice service too. The location was cool, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a funicular railway.

unique base for short visits in bilbao. location, an easy walk to all attractions. it is so close to the airport.

The hotel building is lovely. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Nidobilbao that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Honestly nothing to complain about...
